OH MY GOSH I could listen to people pick apart this movie forever let’s juts find symbolism in everything let’s go swimming in meaning and lost in the intricacies let’s let Sorkin’s dialogue run together like watercolours let’s just agree that there is no other movie with this many layers that everything aligned just so in a beautiful coincidence that can never be repeated this movie is like a fucking shooting star that you will never see again Fincher’s comet - only visible in yellow light only visible behind your own eyes as you try not to feel the same pain the characters in this movie are feeling this movie is broken beer bottles and streaks of rain on windows burnt scarves and plane rides and dropped classes and unread contracts this movie is shrugs and rolled eyes and half-formed gestures this movie is The Social Network and I don’t expect to ever see anything like it from the past or in the future ever again
